How do I send my photo?
Right after checkout you'll see a photo upload link (it's also in your order confirmation email): tally.so/r/8NNObO. Upload one group photo or separate photos of each person and pet, add your order number, and you're done.
When will I get my card?
Within 48 hours of your photo upload (24 hours if you choose Rush). Your card arrives by email as a download.
What files do I receive?
A 5x7 in print-ready file (PDF + high-resolution JPG, 300 dpi, with bleed), a phone-size version for texting, and an Instagram post version.
Can I print it?
Yes. Print at home or upload the file to any photo print shop for same-day prints.
Can you include pets?
Absolutely. Pets count toward your family size, just like people.
What if it doesn't look right?
Every order includes 1 free revision. If it's still not right, we'll redraw it.
Is this made with AI?
Yes. Our illustrations are created with AI-assisted tools, and every card is checked by hand before it's sent to you.
Is this a physical card?
No, this is a digital download. Nothing is shipped.
What about refunds?
Because each card is custom-made, we can't refund after delivery, but we will revise or redraw your card until you're happy.
What happens to my photos?
They're used only to make your card and are deleted 30 days after delivery.
